I have done kidney transplant 5 months before . I have WBC count above 17000 . My dr says it's for omnacortil I'm taking 10 mg b/d . Is it true or what ?

Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with kidney stones. Attached is my ultrasound report. One stone is stucked in my Urinary tract and causing pain while urinatingb and a lot of discomfort.
