Kidney Problems

One or two drop of urine coming after urination.I have no pain during or after urination .No frequent urination.NO burning sensation.Is it normal or some problem.

I have pain at both sides of abdomen near ribs and also at back near ribs. And sometimes, I also feel like swelling on abdomen. There seems no any urinary problems.

I noticed a red thread like worm in the pot today after i peed in the office washroom. not sure if i passed it. is it something i should be concerend of?
