When badly needing to pee holding on too long A little poo comes out as I pee

Dear sir my total bilirubin is 1.1 mg and my indirect bilirubin is 0.8mg and my direct bilirubin is 0.3mg/dl its a problem?

I had my urine test it shows presence of bacteria,also i am having itching and burning sensation down there, what could be the reason possibly.

I have a UTI if somebody comes in contact with my infected urine unknowingly and touches his genital or consumes food without washing his or her hand what will happen to him

I am 56yrs Old male.And I have Hypertension for last 25 years and i am using medication for it .My Hypertension is normal now around 120/82..etc.But recently i have gone through routine blood tests .In my blood tests ,it showed diabetic average as 7.0. and CREATININE level of 1.6(normal 0.5-1.4) and albumin traces,i am not a diabetic before ,is it very serious for my kidneys,and could you tell me what stage of my kidneys are in.What should i do now?
