Hi I am having tendency of frequent urination even if I drink less water. Suffered from UTI infection 7 times all by E.coli in 1.5 years

Since last three weeks i have an issue with my bladder, there is urine leakage when i sneeze. Just a few drops, but it’s embarrassing and stinks sometimes. I also have this allergy of sneezing due to cold/dust. So i end up peeing my pants most of the time. I have no idea what to do.. i also have UTI and have been drinking a lot of water. Is there any treatment for this? Help

I am 29 years old Male.I did Ultrasonogarphy twice within 2 months for full abdomen with Pre Void and Post Void residue. First Time Results : Pre Void Residual = 420ml Post Void Residual = 50ml Second Time : Pre Void Residual = 380ml Post Void Residual = 24ml Is this normal??
