Micro albumin
My urine micro albumin is 33.03 ug /mg and creatinine is 0.51 mg/dl. SGOT-35,SGPT-32,GGTP-36,Total protein-7.2,Albumin-4.27,Urea-22,auric Acid. I am diabetic since last 27 years and my age is 58 years. Please advise me on condition of my kidney and ways to lower the micro albumin level in urine. Any other suggestions are welcome.

Just continue the diabetic medications regularly. That's the only way to prevent complications due to diabetes. Avoid unnecessary medications.
