I have gone through x-ray kub, sonography, ultrasound, urine culture and blood test and all are fine. I don't have any pain or fever either. What can be the root cause

I had 6.o haemoglobin . I had low temp fever.then cloudy and pus came in my urine.know it is not stoping.i saw to many dr.but pus is not going I feel ill. Milky white thin liquid and pus come out at start of urine every report normal like sonography,stool,blood.
