Kidney Problems

I suffering from kidney stone pain from morning pl advise me medicine or injection

From last few years i had been having the trouble in urination . the clear condition is that , During PEE time the flow is very little and it hurts a lot on anus during PEE.,also it takes longer time than usual to pee completely. and also i am having frequent urination.

Left kidney measures 121*53 mm with hypoechoic areas seen in medullary region with dilated ureter till a calculus (8mm) seen in upper ureter. Cortical thickness -15 mm.. Urologist suggested me a operation.. Should i go for that? Or continue my homeopathic medicine berberis? Also do guide me about what healthy diet i should intake?

Done Dpta scan which shows 1.Right kidney is mildly enlarged and hydronephrotic. It shows good cortical function and findings suggestive of passive pelvic stasis woth no significant obstruction. Does it required surgery ?

I have 4 times ruti in 5 months.i have foamy urine since starting it was not cleared and now the culture report resistance to all antibiotics.only tetracycline entb/gpc. my pus cell 15- 20 and ultrasound report bladder wall thickened 3mm. my doctor gave me doxycycline for 10 days. after 3 days i feel little better but sometime my abdominal pain so i did not give up this antibiotic after 10 days and my urine apperars better after 5 days but again appears same .will i sto taking doxycycline
