Kidney Problems

I have been facing erectile dysfuntion from last 6 months i smoke very less. So i dont guess its because of that once i got my blood and urine tested my SGOT level were 50 and in urine 6 pus cell per hpf i even took UTI medicines but it didnt helped at all my doctor was not good i guess he didnt even diagosed me for a particular condition any clue what can be hapeing and for SGOT level i used to go to gym so my arm was swolen the day when they took the blood sample from my arm

My wife 34years,and her report mentioned LEFT KIDNEY(MILD DILATION OF PCS AND UPPER URETER APPEARS NORMAL.) and UTERUS (ANTEVERTED AND BULKY MEASURES 10.4*3.9*5.6cms,NORMAL MYOMETRIUM. ENDOMETRIUM IS NORMAL, MEASURES 8.6MM) . IMPRESSION MILD HYDRONEPHROSIS LEFT KIDNEY? RECENTLY PASSED OUT CALCULUS. AND BULKY UTERUS

I have been diagnosed with BPH (increased Prostate) along with kidney stones. The Creatinine level had reached 1.24 and GFR 67. I was prescribed alpha blocker which caused me to almost faint on the first day as my BP stays on the lower side. I have two questions to ask: 1.Minimal dosage for the alpha blocker to avoid side effects like dizziness and fainting ? 2. Can there be substantial increase in blood creatinine level due to stones and BPH n does it normally correct afterwards.

From past few days , I am experiencing a mild sensation in my left lower abdomen...I can't even call it pain, just a sensation... Should I ignore it (unless it develops into pain)...or should I get some test done ? If yes, what kind of scanning is required?
