Cryptorchidism
What happens to unilateral cryptorchidism with right one undescended? Do it cause fertility issues? Can it be left untreated or surgery is must? If surgery is must what will be done (brought down or removed)? N.B. : I am 19 years old.

It wont effect fertility But surgery is must In view of malignant transformation, infection, trauma, torsion issues
