Many times,the opposite normally descended testis also have some or other seminal parameters abnormalities. Best is to correct the abnormality with surgery. Urologist would do the procedure, mostly can be done by laparoscopic method

Most of the times if the other testes is Normal, no problem with fertility.
Some times fertility issues occurs.
Better go and corrected if possible.
