Unilateral cryptorchidism
My age is 19 years suffering from right sided unilateral cryptorchidism. My parents doesn't treated me in childhood due to ignorance. What is the solution for me : Medicine or Surgery (whether orchiopexy or orchidectomy)?

Ideally you would need a diagnostic laparoscopy, which will tell us about the testis, then can decide for orchiopexy or orchidectomy. MRI Abdomen and pelvis might be useful to decide about surgery
