Low Blood Pressure during Dialysis
My Father Is On Hemodialysis With Av Fistula left arm ther he is on dialysis about 4 years In the begining thier Blood Pressure Is Higher with 2 dialysis in a week now he is on thrice a week their hemoglobin is on 14 without the injections of making blood Now My father is facing Low Blood Pressure lowest even sometimes it is on 60 and 80 thier weight is increasing and the problim is having low blood pressure during dialysis please suggest me What can we do And Its Dangerous Or Its Going Good?

Low blood pressure on dialysis can have many reasons- 1.Excessive weight gains in between two dialysis sessions leading to too rapid fluid removal 2. If patient is below his actual dry weight 3. Heart problem 4. BP medicines Please consult your regular nephrologist, as this problem requires careful examination & assessmentnof the patient
