What is the course duration and name of antibiotic for ecoli(gram -ve bacteria)

Can urinary tract infection attacked urine carrying tube? which medicine i will take? I take alkasol three times per day last 10 days but not improve

I was having burning sensation during urination so undergone through urine culture and the report said microorganism isolated ecoli (gram -ve). What does it mean?

I'm a male age 22 years old , I feel uncomfortable when I urinate. I feel some difficulty urinating but when I bend I feel comfortable. What's the reasons ? some possibilities ?

Recently I have done Urine Routin Test and the quantity of PUS cells is 5-6/ h.p.f..Also Albumin and sugar are traced in Urine. Epithelial cells are present(++) also. But there is no growth of Bacteria in Culture test..One year ago i am suffering from UTI and after taking some medicines(Prescribed by an Urologist) I felt better. What should I do now? I have diabetis.
