Kidney Problems

Hi Doctor, my mom is 63 years old, she is suffering from diabetes & hypertension. But this time during the blood test her Hb came out to be 8.1gm/dl, Blood sugar (F)-88/dl (PP)- 111and got her blood urea-146.6, Creatinine-4.9 and uric acid is 9.77. Pls advice something for her.

HI, my SGPT 370. It is curable? What medicine should I take & how many times to reduce that in normal range?

I have varicocele grade 3. Should i do surgery? Or if i did surgery so what it will go permanently?

Sir my wife having an abdominal pain during urination & what home remedies i can use to mitigate pain.

Is it alarming ? Dr. Not give any medicine. Urine retaintion 45 as per USG. Felling a mild uneasy right side of urinary tracts. Frequency of urine normal no pain and blood in urine. At night never need to go to washroom for urine.

I got my psa result back and it is 5.5 last year it was 3.9 . I am 59 is this a high concern

I am having urine leakage only right after peeing. Now if I apply a slight pressure on the pelvic floor (right after peeing) then 4-5 drops come out. Ultrasonography of KUB report says everything is fine except that there is a residual urine ( 94 ml approx) and the Uroflowmetry test says everything is fine. I have had my medication and I'm supposed to be cured but I'm still experiencing the problem. Please help !

Did my kidney failed if i have a creatinine level 1.31..Is it dangerous ..Any need of consult a specialist for this
