I have inching and sometime burning in my genital area what should I do please tell me ?

My mother has diabetes from past 10yrs & suffering from UTI from 2016 but treated with all the possible antibiotics almost for 4 months and she got medicine resistance for many so from tetracycline to other all strong antibiotics are given,recently when checked again infection is there.will it be life threatening please suggest,i am loosing hopes on medicine should i go for Ayurveda medicine?kindly suggest

Right kidney measures-97mm.left kidney measures-95mm.both kidney are normal in size and shape and position. Cortical echogenicity and corticomedullry differentiation are normal.one tiny calculus measuring 3.6mm is seen in midfle calyx of kidney.n o evidence of hydronephrosis or mass lesion seen.
