My father needs to consult a urologist He has undergone prostrate surgery a decade back Currently he coukd not pass urine and he is on tube support Where does Dr Nagasubramanyam practice

Feeling some pain in pubic area and lower abdomen while need to urinate and also pain in urethra when urine comes out through urethra. Do no frequent urinate but sometimes urine speed is low.
