I had a surgery yesterday for removing 7 mm kidney stone from vicinity of VUJ junction using Endoscopy. What kind of food I should avoid and is there any issue with doing physical activity?

So what is solution in disease? Kidney problem is very poor.So I need you help for your answer. Please let me know if you have anything

I've been having urge to urinate all the time since morning. But hardly anything comes out that frequently. I've never experienced this in the past and while I urinate, it gives a burning sensation.

But during follo up in other hospital they start steroid (omnocortil 5mg/ day) now along with this I am taking pangraf 1mg        2 -0-1 Cellcept500mg. 1-0-1 Amlong 5mg. 1-0-0 Arkamin 0.1 MCG 1-0-0 Ramipril 2.5 mg. 0-0-1 Onderomet 2.5/500. 1-0-1 for diabetics My creatin level is.   1.4 Now my question is can I stop steroid? Should I avoid grapes or grapes juices life long? What are the other foods I have to avoid? Please give me an answer

I had 7mm stone in left ureter corresponding to L3 vertebrae now after almost 2 months new reports show the stone of same size but now in L4 vertebrae...in these 2 months I didn't have much pain.....I want to know that is there chances that it can move down and pass out.
