My 2.5yr old has to go for ultrasound of bladder and kidneys a full bladder is needed how is this possible in a child of that age

My mother is suffering from kidney dysfunction. One year ago, her BUN was 33.8 and creatinine was 1.56. She started homeopathic treatment and after one year her BUN is 18.12 and Creatinine is 0.89. I want to know is the treatment is going in right direction? What is her current condition? Should we continue homeopathic treatment or any other treatment? Please suggest
