Kidney Problems

Hello, I have 4 to 5 mm kidney stone in my right kidney . I am frequently traveling for office work. Which pain killer can I take in emergency situation if I get a kidney stone pain during travel. Please suggest.

91 blood and urine tests were included in the test done by Thyrocare of my mother (Mrs. Mamta Singh aged 52) and everything is fine except following; 1) BUN / SR. CREATININE RATIO is 33.28 Ratio (Normal Values 9:1-23:1) (PHOTOMETRY) 2) ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGOT ) is 83.9 U/l (Normal Values < 31) (PHOTOMETRY) Could you please suggest further.

Routine urine tests show 10-15 pus cells and epithelial cells in fair numbers. What could be the reason as I have no problens

My urine test report indicates presence of nitrate and protein traces of 10mg/dl. Also RBC is ranging from 0-1. Constant headache and fever. Body pain and severe back pain.
