Kidney Problems

I have the problem of frequent urination since a few months now. I have to go like 10 times a day and sometimes it becomes very urgent and sudden. And it feels like something is irritating every time I go. I had the urine test done a month back and the culture report was negative but ever since then I have the same problem continuing. I was prescribed Fosfomycin Trometamol Powder and a Ayurvedic Stonosafe Syrup. All my symptoms suggest a UTI so I wanted to know will it be safe to take these prescribed medicines and will they not have any reverse effect and will taking these medicines give me some relief

Hello, I have 15 mm kidney stone in right kidney at pulvis junction and another 9mm at lower pole in right kidney itself.. I took homeopathic medicine but no improvement and sne grew from 10 mm to 15 mm. Kindly advise if I should go for operation as I have recurring stone tendency..however till now 3..4 times my stone passed through urine but those were of small sizes..please suggest if homeopathy can dissolve these two stones?
