I got tested and got high uric acid problem in my reports. I am taking medicine recommended by my family doctor. frequent urges to urinate but some fluid drops comes out instead of urine. Want to get rid of this problem suggest something

Hi, I have high ige levels of 1048 what does it mean and is there any problem with increased ige levels? When I searched in internet some where I read that ige levels related to hiv and I got panic I dindnt exposed for any thing. But 3 months before I got checked my full cbc count in normal small lab I dnt knew they used sterile needle or not. I am experiencing itching on hands so I went to doc he suggested tests like serum ige , hiv test if i had doubt but it was negative help me im worried

I take Aten D regularly for Blood Pressure since 10 years. Now I have to take Silodosin for prostrate Should I stop BP medicine while taking Silodosin, as it also has alpha blockers? Can I take becosule ir any other vitamin B suppliment to reduce side effects of Silodosin? Will it be effective?

I just used the bathroom and my urine was clear and I pulled by pants up then blood started coming out for 4 min.

I was in the hospital today ,, I attended urine test in the laboratory ,the result was ,macroscopic_yellowish, Reaction (PH) 6.0, Leucocytes_ 50 - 75/Hpf, I failed to understand what meant by this 50 - 75/Hpf seen in my urine.

Treated twice for UTI (e. Coli and Proteus miliribis) After that when I directly pee in water there are alot of bubbles. Specially in first urine. 2nd and 3rd urine are normal. During day, 3 or 4 times I notice bubbles if directly peed on water. Sometimes I feel irritation in bladder if I press stomach(bladder) when bladder is full. I have been suffering from frequent urination from the last 2 and a half years (More than 12 times per day on an average). Consulted many urologists, but no significant improvement. Prostate size and kidneys are normal. Repeated urine examination and Uroflowmetry results are also normal. Other symptoms include ‘taking time to start the urine’ and a little interrupted flow. I have been consulting a urologist from the last 2 months who said that I have an “Overactive bladder”. He has prescribed varied doses of Silodol and Roliten from the last 2 months, but there have been almost zero results. Few days ago, he again asked me to take silodol and roliten for 15 days, stop using chilli powder in food and prepare an “Input/Output Chart” for 2 days. Please advise?
