Kidney Problems

My wife has a kidney stone of 12 mm nearly at the same place where it was detected earlier to be 13 mm and she got operated. It seems operation are not helping as the stone is forming again. Please suggest a best way to proceed.

I hv burning and pain while urination since 2 days. I hv taken augmentin 625 for 1 day but there is no relief.i had this problem previously also and doc prescribed the above medicine. Last time i had relief by this medicine but this time it seems its not working.What to do now?which medicine should I take?

Hello Doctor My brother s.cretanine varies between 1.0- 1.2 since last 2 years. In a regular medical check-up, sonography revealed that his left kidney is smaller. Today he has gone through renogram DTPA result of which is attached. Please let me know what are findings of the report.. Also please comment that n gfr in the report.
