Kidney Damage
Dear doctor I had a full body health checkup and the report says that I have multiple cysts in both kidney largest measuring 2.7cms. The bipolar length of right kidney is 9.9cm and left kidney is 11.1cm. The parenchymal thickness of right kidney is 1.1 and that of left kidney is 1.5.There is no evidence of calculus or hydronephrosis. I am very tensed so please help me out and let me know the steps that I should take to get well soon. Also if there is any food that I should avoid or have then please do let me know. Thank you .
