When urine is passing through the tube it's like same to ant bite. I do my urine's RE&ME test and also culture test and take ALKASOL syrup but don't improve what is the reason for it

My brother in law sufferd severe abdominal and on doing ultrasound one 8 mm xalculus was found in his left VUJ. SIR, will it require surgery or medication can help the calculus out through urine?

Hi Doctor , my mom is been advised to take mircera inj.with Orofer inj. (Both in one day) as she's having Hb-7.7, creatinine level is 3.9, urea-82, Uric acid is 7.2. I wish to know is it okay to take both injections in one day and does they have any side effects. Pls guide!

Hi Doctor, My mother's report shows her urea-82, creatinine-3.9 ,uric acid-7.2 , Hb- 7.7. For low Hb she's recommended Inj.Orofer( Ferric Carboxymaltose Injection) . She is been advised for no salt intake in her diet & to stay hyderated . My concern is that Orofer injection will be given through drip mixed in saline solution. Will it be safe ? I hope the content of saline solution of injection will not harm her as she is been advised not to take salt as it can effect kidney function. So pls guide whether she should take this injection for low Hb or not ?
