Discolored urine. It bcz of dehydration?

So last 5-6 days back my sis put pressure abovr my ear with her elbow. She did it on the temple and shes 65kgs. Also my uncle pssed away 3days back before tht time so I had anxiety I guess. And I had nausea. So I went to many docs like 2-3 and they said theres nothing wrong its just subcutaneous. So still for the pain they suggested me aceclofenac(pain) and entavis and gaviscon (for acidity). Idk from day before yesterday morning ive been seeing that my urine is concentrated nd yellow. If I keep drinking water its ok. But then again I need to urinate every 15mins. And Its like sometimes in very less quantity. So is it bcz of dehydration? I dont have any burning sensation or fever chills. Im ok. And today morning also it was yellow and then it was very less in quantity.
