Loin / renal pain
Sir /Madam I am a 45yrs/male ,I'm having pain at renal side since 1month. Now get done the sonograpgy it shows that Right renal pelvic region calculi of 20.5mm with Hydronephrosis with fatty liver. So sir it can be get reduced & passes out or not With medication. Or It will get removed through surgery..? So what can I do now...? Please suggest me..?!

20 mm stone won’t go with medicines. U need to undergo RIRas to clear off the stone.
