What is the how to know pregnancy without test
My wife and I are trying for our first child. Lately she has been having mood swings and is eating more food than her average consumption. I think she could be pregnant as she’s also two days late on her period. I don’t want to directly ask her to take a pregnancy test so can someone tell me how to know pregnancy without test?

Stone problem
After ultrasound, I came to know that I have stone in
1) 9mm in right upper ureter
2) 4mm in Right kidney
3) in bladder- Right U.V. Junction show an echogenic shadow size 4 mm
