Kidney Problems

Hi doctor, I got viral fever with low wbc,rbc , platetlet & High to normal fluctuating sgot,sgpt count 20 days back. Now wbc, rbc, platelets are normal . Yesterday i have checked my sgot , sgpt still they are abnormal. Presently iam not on any medication,No alchol intake since month, had test after fasting 12 hours. Please suggest any further investigestaions if necessary and what is my present report abnormality reason. Thanks..

I did Ncct kub and I have hydro ureter nephrosis in left kidney. I am suffering from severe abdomen and flank pain. I have gone to nephrologist. They suggest me to go to urologist.and also I have pcod. Doctor said that I have a blockage where urerter and bladder connect each other. So the ureter and kidney have swelled. Please suggest. Do I need to do any surgery or it can be cured by medicines.
