Kidney Problems

I had UTI last month with e coli more than 1 lakh count. I was treated with niftas and amox antibiotics. However I am still having Urethra pain and abdominal pain. My current urine culture shows no organism. Kindly advise.

She is 2 year old and frequently feeling the need to pee but pees very little. We consulted a doctor and she hinted towards UTI and asked to collect the urine sample. Its been a day and we are not able to collect it. Should we start the anti biotic medicine directly or wait till it is confirmed.

My son is diagnosed with hydronephrosis, left kidney - puj obstruction. He is 55 days old now. Allopathy Doctor has suggested to undergo a surgery for him when he is 1 year old. But before performing surgery I wanted to know if there is treatment other than surgery in Ayurveda or homeopathy. Hello Doctor, My father is around 75years and is diabetic. He had been daigonised for urinary tract infection earlier and had underwent a prostrate operation. His sodium levels fall frequently and every 15days he needs to be hospitalized to get sodium level up. Is there any solution for this so as his sodium level comes to stable position.
