Kidney Problems

Kidney surgery has been done one month ago and today i got one report today i wanna discuss about that

Hi I started having this 1 month ago when I got urine routine and blood tests done. Urine test was normal. I consulted urologist who prescribed antibiotics for 10 days (ofloxcin 400) . After 10 days he changed antibiotic and asked me to take it for 5 more days(cetil). I went for 2 ultrasounds KUB and abdomen both are normal with less than 25 ml as PVR and With normal prostate size.Also doctor  checked for prostate which was also normal. CBC was also done which said normal.The problem is that I still have burning sensation though lesser. How long can this burning sensation last? Does it take long time for this to go?

I am doing Excessive mastubration i jave no control to reduce it.i tried to reduce but no control

I am a 45 year old male diagnosed with bilateral multiple kidney cysts. I have them since a year and they do not cause any pain or discomfort. Recently since 2 days I have noticed blood in my urine but still there is no pain at all. Can the blood be due to kidney cysts?

I had my appendix surgery in the month of June and now it has been more than 3 months but the part of body where the surgery was done fells little bit of pain some time and that part when it's touched feels stiff. So is it something serious or just healing process. After 1 month of surgery I started all my physical activities such as gym so is it because of it .
