Kidney Problems

I get thirsty very often 3 to 4 litres.so I drink a lot of water I do intense gym as well.due to which I get frequent urination at least 20 times still I sleep.is it normal?

I a suffering from joindish (Peelia) presently. As per clinical report it is still 2.6 and my urine is colored yellow. This disease was also caught me during 1987 and 2012 also.

I m urinating frequently for the last two/three months. I consulted my homeopathic doctor who has been treating me for any problem I face since the last three years. He told me only because of bladder irritation this is happening. Don't think much about this. But I have done some tests like urine microscopy, fasting, ppbs uric acid, kidney panel, ultra sonography, urine culture. All reports are normal.

I recently passed 4 small kidney stones around 2-3 months ago,but since then I’ve noticed cloudy urine at times specially when I’m dehydrated.When I drink enough water,the bubbles are very less and I don’t have any other symptoms.Should I be worried? Should I decrease my protein intake?

Plz suggest me any  home remedy for urine infection or bacteria found in urine .. how I prevent this.
