I am a 55 year old lady. I have swelling in my throat which is bothering me with swallowing food. This is there since a month. How do I treat the swollen throat? What is the permanent solution for this? What precautions can I take to avoid this in future?

I just discovered with early stage of diabetes, so too a series of tests where Microalbumin number showed up to 98.8 - my diabetics doctor didn't mention about it and when I saw the report I got alarmed and enquired about it. He had mentioned that not to be worried about the number, once I make life style changes and keep my blood sugar levels normal, the number will fall back to normal. - I am troubled mindset about it, is it true or should I meet nephrologist for consultation?

I have been suffering from back pain(lower back pain) since almost a year,have consulted multiple doctors as well but no relief from pain. I have not received any defects in MRI scan,however still I am getting pain continuously (while sleeping,sitting and bending the body).
