Few week before my wife had pain in stomach. when we did ultrasound there was a stone of 7 mm in right kidney and grade 1 hydronephrosis was found. what is hydronephrosis. is it curable

My brother is 42-years old and one of his kidneys has failed. He is under strict observation right now and we have already been warned of total failure of his other kidney. I am very worried and was wondering if kidney failure is curable. Is it possible that with certain treatments, he can get his kidney to function properly?

I have high fever since yesterday . Dr Nikhil Dhande diagnosed it Urinary Tract Infection and prescribed Varfen plus Vartum 250 Rive DSR For 3 days. One day has passed though irritation in urine and stool passing Subsidised. Fever is still 103.3 F. Please guide.

Paitent had heart attack followed by angioplasty a month back. From yesterday paitent is sometimes passing reddish urine and sometimes paitent is passing perfectly fine urine. Attched is pic of reddish urine passed by paitent. Ultrasound done today shows slightly enlarged prostate, no stones, no blood clots. Paitent is also having vometting tendency since morning.
