Sir I have coagulase negative staphylococcus infection in year 2017 then urologist give antibiotics course 9-10 months and again I test no infection in urine culture & urine routine is infection is cure or not please tell me because I have burning urinating again

My menstrual cycle was over last week. Today I am getting blood along with urine, unable to find the reason what should I do. Please suggest
