Please suggest an antibiotic and the usage, for how many days I need to take. I am heavily allergic to Tinidazole. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello! I am facing this issue with my health that whenever i try to have some water, soon i have to go to toilet and that too, multiple times. Having little water forces to me go to toilet multiple times. Because of this, i am consuming very less water daily and hence, i am getting pimples on my face, most probably because of heat inside my body. Kindly help.
