Kidney Problems

Hi I am 36 yr old female, I developed urinary tract infection last week and I am currently taking antibiotics for the same. With uti I had fever and shivering and lots of weakness. At the time of urine report there was protein also Present in the urine along with great amount of pus cells. Can you please guide if uti can be the cause of this protein in urine.

My mother has a 17 mm stone in her left kidney. What should be the recommended procedure for operation for this size (my doctor has told that he will be perform SHOCK WAVE LITHOTRIPSY). When I searched internet I found that this procedure is performed on small and medium sized stones.

Shall I take medicine ya flush therapy... Becz too much paining inside the stomach call u plz tell me wht I ll do

Hi I am 40 year old female having a small kidney stone. I have pain sometimes because of this stone. Few of my friends have told me that kidney stones can be removed now-a-days without surgery. Can u please suggest which are the options which can be used to remove kidney stones without surgery.

I have heard that with latest technology the laser procedure is very fast and effective in removal of kidney stones. However please let me know if there are any side effects with laser removal of these kidney stones? and if yes are they very severe?
