Kidney Problems

Sir I have severe bloating, vomiting on intake of food and fluids, fever, and abdominal pain and discomfort, unable to sleep or eat anything from 3 days. I met gastroenterologist yesterday and using medication given but no relief. The doctor advised tests and serum creatinine 2.7 I got, also high wbc count is there. Doctor is unavailable today. Please suggest what to do.

My bro Albumin level in urine is ++++ and it is very serious or not.is any medicines to cure that.suggest specialist nephrology doctor in kurnool.

I am having increase urge to urinate.there is no other symptoms accompanied with it .

I have been suffering from back pain(lower back pain) since almost a year,have consulted multiple doctors as well but no relief from pain.
