Kideny stones and lower abdominal pain

Hello Doctors,. My name Annappa (24yrs)
I am having pain in left side lower abdominal pain, and having both side 4mm to 5mm Kideny stones (4th time), and my urine is dark yellow color and light brown color with bad smell, while riding bike am getting pain on left abdonmin,. So 2days back I took Kidney Function Test (KFT), the result is
Urea serum 23, 10-50
Creatinine 1.11, 0.70-1.20
Uric Acid 5.30, 3.30-7.00
Sodium 140, 133-5.5
Potassium 4.6, 3.7-5.5
Chloride 100.0, 101.0-110.0
Please Doctors suggest me how can come out from this disease
