Abdominal And lower back pain
My mother had an acute abdominal pain with continuous vomiting Dr preferred USG. Impressions are 1.bilateral mild pelvicalyceal system dilatation. 2.features of cystitis 3. Urinary retention -55cc. At present she don't have any problem in urinating except irritation. She also has pain in the lower abdomen and back as well. We don't know to consult which specialist for this problem. Kindly suggest me an specialist and please let me know is that anything serious for her.
