Back pain(lower back pain)

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have been suffering from back pain(lower back pain) since almost a year,have consulted multiple doctors as well but no relief from pain. I have not received any defects in MRI scan and abdomen scan,however still I am getting pain continuously (while sleeping,sitting and bending the body). Could you please help me what needs to be done.
