Can Daflon 500 mg be treated for varicocele at scrotum veins? Can varicocele be reversed naturally without any surgical procedures?

My ultrasound result shows Right kidney 7.5 × 3.2 cm Left kidney 7.9 × 4.2 cm Also I had horse shoe kidney. My creatinine and uric acid levels are normal. Will this smaller size in kidney and horse shoe kidney cause any problem for me?

My daughter has been diagnosed with kidney stone in the right side measuring 2 mm. Has been given medications for 5 days and instructed to take complete blood test after that for further treatment. She needs to stay alone in histel for an internship. Is it safe enough to send her alone? Will she experience pain again during medications???

Is it compulsory to drink water after meal ? (Or) can i drink water at anytime in a day ? i mean if i eat meal then after one hour i should drink water na, so is it compulsory ? if i don't drink what will happen ?

Last time I had it in June 2018, then Oct 2018 and now Feb 2019. In June 2018 I had organism was proteus mirabilis ESBL 100000 count And after that I had test and it was clear. This time in Feb 2019, organism is ESBL E.coli 100000 Count . Should I get proper treatment or since UTI gets clear in 3 to 4 days automatically so don't take any antibiotics??? Any urologist or gynac can you please let me know if I need to be worried and properly treated. I have just moved to  Chennai any references for doctors would help. Note: I'm on 50mg medicine for hypothyroidism and iron tb regularly along with weekly once d3 tab.

Suffering from pain due to a kidney stone. The USG report reads "Left kidney is normal in size measuring 10.45cm *5.1cm. Parenchymal thickness and exotexture are normal. Mild degree of hydronephrosis . A calculus of 16mm size is seen at the PUJ" What is the recommended procedure in such a case? Should we consider going the lithotripsy route ?

I have undergone surgery on 20 days before but i have still swelling in scrotum and left side scrotum is below the right side. How much time it will take to get recovered. Can I go for exercise and running after two months of surgery?
