Thanks to Dr. Anil Kumar Sanwal. Local urologist advises for Linezolid 600mg/300ml I.V. twice a day for 7 days. Before he was planning to give tetracycline but dropped as I may suffer more. Linezolid is not appeared in the sensitivity list of the culture. Is it sensitive antibiotic to Staphylococcus aureus ? Your advice seems highly valuable. If it is tetracycline what will be the doze and best brand name of the medicine ?

Hello i have kidney stones and it's been more than a year. 8mm calculusbat inferior calyx is in right kidney and 6mm at middle calyx in left kidney. these days I'm having excess pain in my right side below stomach because of stone. i have tried homeopathic but it didn't work. is there any medicine or what should i do now ? I've consulted a doctor and he said 8mm is too small and it won't be easy to find this much small stones so don't go for operate.

My dad is suffering from enlarged prostrate problem due to which urination force is very low . The prostrate weight is 35g and 2 years earlier it was 32g. He hd been consuming silodal tablet but there is no significant relief. Am considering option to get him operated (TURP or laser), Will there be any side effect? Will his problem resolved after surgery? After checking few online posts, i came to know that after prostrate surgery patient find it difficult to have control on urination. If this is the case what is the benefit of surgery? Is there any alternative way ?

Reply from Dr. Anil Kumar Sanwal is satisfactory. I have taken sample with due care and done the culture more than 7 times to reconfirm. In every case the growth appears. Can it be still skin contamination ? It never happens in urine culture and shows sterile after overnight incubation. Linezolid tab even for two weeks cannot cure the infection. Now I am taking LINID 600mg I.V. injection twice a day.

Today did test for creatinine level which shows 1.22 mg/dl . The Biological reference range is as 0.40 - 1.40 . My question is why is my creatinine level above 1 when the normal would be below 1 . Do i need to take any consultation. Please advise .

I'm getting foam in urine from past 6 months. And I don't have any swelling in legs. I'm students I'm staying alone in flat my food is from outside
