I was suffering from UTI infection. I have my urine test report and last prescription. Please help me with the further prescription.

I have coagulase negative staphylococcus infection in my urine culture but doctor prescribed antibiotics course and it is recurrence again it is treated or not and I'm died with this infection because my sonography and urine culture is normal

Hello Doc, I started feeling urge to urinate even after urinating and even when urinated it will be very less. I do not experience any other problems. It all started from last couple of days. My urine was very dark but after drinking plenty of water it is clear. I need urgent help on this . Should I take any antibiotics if yes kindly suggest. Regards
