Can my Tuberculosis in Epididymitis be MDR? Is it possible to hace MDR TB in Genitourinary Tract? Is there been any case of MDR TB in Genitourinary?

I have been passing urine with small red worms.Usually 2 worms everytime.Got my urine tested also but the results did not say about presence of any eggs or larvae.Few doctors said its not possible to have worms in urine but i am 100% sure it has come in my urine only. Any idea what is the reason behind it and treatment for it?

Sir i am ankylosing spondilitis patient and there is a 7mm calculus in mid ureter...after 1 month it come down at left vuj and after 7 days it is in urether...right now i am catheter...so can i wait for some more days after removing catheter or should go for surgery right now reporta attached thank you
