Kidney Problems

Yesterday get first time ultrasound done at hospital. Left renal is not visualized.Repeat the diagnosing process at some diff place but same reports .Is there any other test to check this

Before 40 days from today: Creatinine 5.9mg After medication for 20 days : Creatinine dropped to 4.5mg Patient started eating meat, fish, egg After 10 days, creatine :6.3mg Patient  stopped eating protein completely. Creatinine levels are dropping . Today it's 5.7 mg Medication (Tamsulosin 0.4 MG+Dutasteride 0.5 MG); Cilnidipine (10mg) + Telmisartan (40mg); alpha ketoanalogue tablets(3 tab/day) Please interpret. Urea is 38

When i drink water i urinate at the intervals of 30 minutes to 1 hour and after going twice or thrice, after 4 to 5 hours( during this period i don't take water) i have yellowish urine.

When i sit for stools some blood comes out continuously for 2 to 3 days (only at the time of stools) ... And stops. And after 2 or 3 months intervals it repeats again. What should i do.

Please advise if this is dangerous and something to worry.what precautions should be taken in this situation..

Hello, I am 28 yrs old. From last 4 days, I am feeling intermittent pain on upper portion of left scrotum. Also some times  burning sensation comes while urinating. No fever. Please suggest suitable medication (antibiotics and pain relief). Thanking you.
