Kidney Problems

Hi dr i am from lucknow and i want to tell you that i suffering from steriodal dependent nephrotic syndrome since when i was 7 years i had to take medicines such as decaris and omnacortil My problem is that i had eaten pizza last night and there is very unpleasant feeling and swelling on my face do it caused by medicine which i have taken in morning or by this food should i stop eating this junk food please tell me

I am having pain in lower abdomen both right and left side. I consulted doctor and scan also done. But still pain is there. Please help someone. Thank you. What medicine i need to take?

Dialysis paitent has got loose motion which tablet he should take his doctor is not answering the calls

I feel like urinating very frequently, but when i go to toilet, it does not come properly, feel glitches while doing. Feels like the urine flow is not smooth and some glitches in the nerves. Also, too much bowel gases although bowel movement is fine. Attached report from last urine test 6 months back.
