Kidney Problems

I am feeling pain in my abdomen and painful urination. I m out on a vacation need some immediate remedy and medicine.

I am feeling pain while urinating from tomorrow and getting frequent urine calls. The urinal point is paining. I reside in a remote place with no access to much clinics. I have got pantofam dsr, Mefran spas and norfloxzcin. Am i under right medication?

My husband's uric acid level is slightly higher than normal range. I have attached the report. He has had kidney stones 1.5 years back. We just did a routine uric acid test again. Please advise. Are medicines required?
