My father is on dialysis from last 4 months. Dialysis is done from the neck as the first fistula got failed after a week. Second is not yet matured. The main issue is his health. He is getting weak day by day. Not able to walk or get up on their own. Suffering from acute diarrhoea. Please suggest how can we control his diarrhoea and improve his vitals.

I am not sure if the diagnosis is right. Hence I want a second opinion. Because earlier the pain was on the right side when a usg was taken and it suggested a 2mm stone in the right kidney. Now the pain has shifted to the left side. So I want a proper diagnosis for the further course of treatment.
