It's been an year since I have noticed some foam in urine. I worried about it. Also I'm taking protein rich diet and it might be a cause. Do I need to go for the tests?

today when i woke up in the morning i saw 2/3 brown type substance just smoothly discharged with urin. i hold a little bit it was like algae in thr pond about3/4 mm in diameter.
besides i had a piloplasty in 2017.
would u plz kind enough to let me know what should i do roght now

About CAPD dialysis
Father age 61 have diabetes, blood pressure, paralysis on left portion of the body. he is on dialysis two per weeks from last three years. having hepatitis b also . The doctor said there is nothing to worry about but based on my research it could be kidney disease. Should I follow up with abdomen ultrasound or further test to find out the problem?

I am 23 now.
before 7day and before 1months and before 1.5months i have seen that when I pee urine become cloudy or milky at just starting time then it's normal.
now my urine is normal. don't know whether in future is it happened or not...
what is the reason??.
