I have left hydronephoris and want to get operated. I used to have 4 stones 3 years back and started feeling back pain from last few days.. now reports shows my left kidney has increases in size by 3 cm. I want to know the best solution for my this problem

Had a treatment once and also got result but from last 1 month she is having stomach pain constantly want to be sure abt it.... is it stone again or someting else
