Kidney Problems

I contracted UTI few days back took my doze of antibiotics as prescribed by doctor did a urine routine post that. My report says presence of calcium oxalate crystals and also has a high 15-20 epithelial cells. Please explain what to do next? Though I feel normal after medication but reports are not perfect. This is my third UTI in last 4 years

I am a 64 year old BP patient, taking daily 1 tablet of exforgeHCT 5mg/160mg/12.5mg-amlodipine,valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide. I suffer from frequent & urgent & in complete bladder emptying with continued dribblng of urine. Does medication, like prosman as advertised in press can really help me or what better advice you can give.

My mother had a fall two weeks ago and got treatment for the same. Now she is complaining that she doesn't have free flow of urine and spends a lot of time in washroom trying to pass urine.What shall we do to improve the situation?
