Kidney Problems

I am having severe pain in left kidney area with difficulty in passing urine. I have been a patient of Kidney stones in past multiple times. Now I have a function to attend for today & tomorrow. Need to get rid of the pain. Please can someone prescribe suitable pain killer for relief.

I have a history of kidney stone formation from a couple of weeks i have excessive leg swelling is it common or abnormal i have been visiting my concerned doctor regularly and taking prescribed medicines too taking shelcal-250mg even took half tablet of Lasik for few days but there is no improvement in swelling issue. My urine oxalate levels are a bit higher than the normal value too. Is there any other way to treat this
