6.2 cm tumor in bladder , painless bleeding with urin for 4-5 days. Is it can be cansur ? Is operation needed for this ?

Unable to control bladder and leakage.  Passing of Urine start before reaching bathroom. Though test report of PSA shows no problem with prostrate and urine flow done in December 18. Kindly suggest remedy.

I am Indian male, 36 years old, height 165 cm, weight 67.5 kg. My serum creatinine level is 1.2 mg/dl. It is same for last 2.5 years. Blood Urea is 20 mg/dl. Vitamin D is 20 ng My haemoglobin is 14.5 gm/dl, RBC count is 4.9 mill/cu mm. HbA1C is 6%. Vitamin D is 20 ng/ml. Blood Pressure (on Omron BP Machine) is 130/76. I am under treatment for NAFLD also with mild  SGPT  (70) and SGOT (46). I am being treated with saroglitazar 4mg for fatty liver. Whether my kidney is also creating problems? Should I consult a nephrologist.
