5mm calculus in right upper ureter just 5cm below the pelviuritric junction. Can it go without surgery and any medicine for same please sujjest.

While urinating I find the commode filled with foam like layer on the urine. This is specially in the first urine in the morning. Moreover I am also on antidepressants and am taking the following: 1. Lithosun SR 400 twice 2. Qutan 50 once 3. Lamitor OD 200 once 4. Prestiq 100 once 5. Pantocid 40 Kindly suggest whether the urine problem is related to this or there is any other reason and also suggest the remedy

Hello, currently iam suffering from puj obstruction with right moderate degree hydronephrosis. Doctors suggested me surgery to fix PUJ obstruction. Before I got knew about the Hydronephrosis i was suffering from kidney stones that is 2 stones in left kidney and 3 stones in right kidney. But in the period of 3 months 4 stones got washed out of body. But still there is moderate hydronephrosis in right kidney and PUJ obstruction. So please guide me for  the reason of this.

Last week I had consulted with Dr. Ahmed Alam and ask me to report with culture report of my seminal fluid. At that time Klepseilla pneumonia was present. Now Staphylococcus aureus (R) to linizolid and cotrimoxazol which was (S) to both antibiotics is yielded in my seminal fluid. Sensitive antibiotics as per last report are Daptomycin, Teicoplanin, Tetracycline, Tigecycline and Vancomycin. Now what antibiotic I should take ?

I had uti in august it lasted for a month tat time all my ultrasound reports were normal and kidney function test also normal Now again I have burning sensation after urine my urine analysis is Color white Pus cells 8-10/hpf RBC 1-2/hpf is it normal ??

Age of my mother is 53 years. Level of urea in blood is 51 and that of creatinine in blood is 1.38. She also has diabetes but it is now under control.. Is this early sign of kidney failure? What doctor should we visit? What do you recommend?
