My ivu report.. Impression : rt. Sided hydronephrosis with hydroureter..cystitis with small pvr.. what does this mean and my kidney is good

My uric acid level is 7.1..is that so bad..?how can i decrease tat...also...my hdl level is 33..so how to increase tat?i hav little bitt bp is 130/90

My father has been through kidney transplant and it's been 4 years since. These days he is facing loss of appitiete and doesn't seems to enjoy food like he used to do. He is losing his weight ie.. muscle mass. His doctor says that this is due to the medication he has been and has to eat throught out his life. I just want a second opinion on this.

I have 5 mm and 4 mm concretion on rt kidney and 3 mm concretion on left kidney. And Fatty liver. Minimal fullness in right kidney.

I'm suffering from renal calculi of multiple stones and now I'm suffering lot of pain in right abdomen and bladder.
